First tattoo, done in memory of a close friend that died in a car wreck about a year ago. She was an artist and had several paintings of sunflowers, and they always reminded me of her afterwards. I know this is said about most people who die, but she honestly was so outgoing and spontaneous. She left a legacy behind her, and am so proud to be able to say she was one of my best friends. She was adopted, and because of a fund started from her death she has raised money for kids all over alabama who don’t have parents. Art was done by Shane B., at NonStop Art in Birmingham. I fall more in love with it every time I look at it, and cant wait for another.
